Lauren & Jason wanted an intimate day on the water surrounded by their closest family and friends. The Inn at Langley on Whidbey Island made for the perfect getaway.
Lauren is effervescent and it’s no surprise that she’s an actress. Jason has a quiet strength and the way he looks at Lauren is so sweet. The two met in Chicago where Lauren built her acting career. They lived there before making the move to Washington with their two adorable kitties.
The ceremony was full of emotion and both struggled to read their vows through their happy tears. Even during cocktail hour, everyone was on the verge of tears and so ecstatic for the couple.
After quick snacks and a thank you toast from the couple, they headed to Orchard Kitchen for dinner. This farm to table atmosphere in the middle of a flower field was one of my favorite al fresco receptions of the year.
They welcomed me to the table to eat with them and I was able to connect with many of their guests. It was a truly special occasion.
Their wedding at The Inn at Langley and Orchard Kitchen was the perfect intimate setting for them to tie the knot.
